Mike Kai is a visionary business leader, author, and pastor dedicated to empowering leaders in both business and faith. As the founder of Inspire Collective and pastor of Inspire Church in Hawai'i, Mike leads thousands in their spiritual growth while equipping business leaders to make a lasting impact.
He is the author of The Pound For Pound Principle, Plateaus, and That Doesn't Just Happen, and the founder of Send Hope International, a non-profit transforming lives through global missions. Through annual events like Arise Conference and Kingdom Man Camp, Mike provides leaders with the tools to grow in their personal and professional lives.
Mike’s commitment to excellence and innovation drives his work, helping leaders succeed and make a positive impact. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Honolulu with their three daughters, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Lisa Kai is a passionate leader, author, and founder of the Arise Women’s Movement, which empowers women to embrace their identity in Christ and step into their God-given purpose. As the pastor of Inspire Church in Hawai'i, Lisa leads with compassion and a heart for seeing women rise in leadership, faith, and personal growth.
She is the author of Perfectly You and Wake Up! and the host of the I Am Her Podcast. Through Arise Women’s events and resources, Lisa provides women with mentorship, guidance, and community to thrive in their calling. Lisa and her husband, Mike, live in Honolulu with their three daughters, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren.
